Storm #11

Update 090124.
Storm 10 has flown off to Wyoming. Storm 11 is forming now, but it is a mystery storm that is worthy of a "special weather statement" from the National Weather Service in Hanford, California. Could be bigger than 10, smaller than 10.
You can see cold air pushing down from the north pacific by a gigantic high pressure system. You can see air pushing up from the south from a low pressure system that is getting squished by that gigantic high. The two winds meet, the cold north air wins the battle, but will the clash produce heavier rain and snow here in Central California? This storm has potential. Meanwhile, here in Fresno it's a day to enjoy fresh, mild-temperature breezes fed up from the south. The cold north air will soon arrive.
