The weather service says thunder and lightning is guaranteed today. More later. My parents are going to look at (ahhh... buy) a new 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid.

I guess the rain made dad feel like shopping, even though he really didn't have the money. He looked relieved he didn't go to buy a Malibu. Exactly. Save up for the Volt!
Update. Front of storm 13 is out over Nevada, but curling backward from over the Sierras and towards us. Before that cloud built in over us, we had us a bright sunny day! Now it's overcast. But no rain.
