Thief, I need some urgent advice
I have a real dilemma on my hands now - with Pau Gasol having suffered that strained hamstring tonight (to the other leg, not the same as in the early season), do you think I should be worried about that and immediately cancel my trade offers for him?!
Or, quite the contrary, leave the offers out there and actually use the injury to steal Pau from his owner? LOL In fact, it won't hurt me at all, if I get him and he misses up to a month with the injury! Because of my roster rotation system, I have the biggest number of games played played in my league, so I could just stash him until he recovers and I am sure his production in the remaining two and a half months will justify the trade...
What worries me is if it turns out to be a torn hamstring and he is out for say the rest of the regular season - that would be a disaster... :S

Also, what is factored into determining a tier? David wright is low, and contributes all around while Michael bourn is high with pure steals? That doesn't seem right thief.

Chatta, sorry but someone literally needs to die for a spot to open up. That's why I started the second league a few years back. I need to open up a board for peeps to find leagues, I'll work on that. David Wright has so much potential but last year was abysmal for him AND he's a cursed Met. Could be a value pick, maybe.
@ Christo: I have the same dilemma too. I originally received the offer for my Joe Johnson+Frye+Nelson for his P.Gasol+Felton+J.R. Smith. I then countered by omitting Felton and adding Rondo into the equation. The manager hasn't made a move on the counter yet.
@Thief: Should I follow the same tactic as Christo and cancel the offer and try to panic the manager into buying lower, and reoffering? Or am I still good by the simple fact that I included Rondo into the deal.

Just based off the Left hammy injury I figure that now the Rondo deal is a lot sweeter.
I don't want the worst case scenario as well that Gasol has torn hammy and done for the next few months.

Yeah I read up on it more this morning. What you both don't want is for this to become a race for news, with whoever getting updates quickest comin out on top. When i try to use the calculator it sends me back to the main google page. Other times, it has a pop up block which, i would tell to allow the site, but nothing happens after that? Not sure on what to do?
