One obvious one is that you can browse through 100's of online merchants and view pictures of what you're looking for directly from your PC or laptop. You can save time, money and effort like this and items will be posted direct to your door. You'll also find that a lot of online shopping websites have rewards for regular shoppers, discounts and cashback for shopping which you would not get by going to a local store. You can get points and exchange them for purchases and cashback for shopping for your favorite products. You'll also get a guarantee so if your items arrive damaged in any way you can get a refund or exchange them for new ones.

You do have to be careful of copy shops on the internet though, where someone has just copied the shops storefront so they can take your money or personal details so it is better to check out the store or mall first before you buy. You can do this by searching the internet for reviews on the shop for your own peace of mind.

Some sites will offer money off coupons you can use for many different products and you will find that you can save a lot like this compared to shopping at your supermarket or fashion outlet.
