Light up the night for equal marriage rights and general equality for Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgenders and well, straights too, was a gathering that was organized online and met in River Park Shopping center. We held candles, sang songs and chatted with each other and passers by. We hung out there for two hours and then I went home while a whole group went into see Harvey Milk (the movie!). Straight people joined us as we began singing "we shall overcome!" We hung out a long time. It was cold, but the people were really cool!
